Juliane Pieper

Juliane is an illustrator from Germany living in Berlin. Her award-winning work appears in newspapers, magazines and publishing houses and she has edited and illustrated several books. Juliane uses her head, her heart and her left hand for creating her unique artwork. Her work was awarded in 3 x 3 Magazine, American Illustration, Freistil – Best of European Commercial Illustration, Slanted and others. She received a Fulbright Scholarship for 2009/2010 and The Quadrille Ball Scholarship of the Germanistic Society of America for 2011. She received her master in communication design at Art and Design School Berlin (KHB) in 2009 and a Master in illustration from FIT in 2011. She also holds a Master in politics and literature. Juliane lives currently in Brooklyn, New York.
